Great for operations with limited back-of-house space and those that are on a tight budget, this portable griddle gives you a spacious cooking surface without investing in an entirely separate gas or electric powered griddle! It is designed to sit on top of 2 range burners so you can make everything from pancakes to burgers.
Extremely Versatile
This portable steel griddle allows you to easily modify your existing range so that it cannot only be used for boiling, sautéing, and simmering, but can also be used to make pancakes, burgers, eggs, and other dishes. It sits atop 2 burners and can be quickly removed when not in use to free up those burners as needed.
Raised Edge
The raised edge design prevents grease and batter from spilling over the side of the griddle and onto your burners.
Heat-Resistant Handles
The griddle’s coil handle design is ergonomic and minimizes heat to aid in transport. Though the handle’s design minimizes heat, we recommend using an oven mitt or potholder when the griddle is in use.

2.0I've had my griddle for 5 years or so now, and I never use it because shortly after getting it, it developed a warp and now doesn't sit securely on burners. If you try to slide a spatula under a burger (or anything) the pan starts to spin. Very unsafe, I've come very close to burning myself several times

5.0Thus griddle is super heavy duty abd allows me to cook a wide variety of items on my gas stove top. Whether I'm searing meats, cooking French Toast or frying bacon, this griddle allows me to cook large batches evenly.
