Clear Polycarbonate Design
With a completely clear construction and large capacity, the virtually-unbreakable polycarbonate container's design guarantees the longevity you need in your commercial kitchen. It's clear construction allows you to easily identify and track inventory. The container has a temperature range of -40 to 212 degrees while the lid is able to withstand temperatures from -40 to 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, the lid provides a safe, secure seal to prevent outside contaminants from getting in, and messes from getting out.
Bright Graduations
It features bright, bold colored graduations in quarts and liters to make measuring easier when portioning out ingredients or prepared food. Easily identify and track the date your food product was made using the reusable "date" indicator at the bottom of the container or simply adhere a label to the side of your container by the "date" and "contents" indicators. When paired with the included bright green polypropylene lid, it keeps food fresher, longer, than when covered with traditional foil or plastic wrap and provides an easy way to color-code your kitchen system.

1.0Sadly, I did not read the reviews on this item, and I am having the same problem with the lids-they do not seal at all, and the slightest bump makes them fall off. I bought numerous other sizes and all of the lids fit perfectly, so it must be a defect in this 2/4qt size. I have to mummy wrap the lid onto the container to make certain there will not be a spill.

2.0None of the lids fit onto the containers, so I was unable to use them for food storage. The quality of the bins themselves is very nice, so I will be using those for organization where I can.
