This food storage container lid is designed specifically to work with all 6 or 8 qt. Vigor square food storage containers, allowing flexibility between any style of container in use. Use it to cover freshly chopped fruit salad, sliced vegetables, soup stock, or stew.

The heat will cause the seal to be more flexible for a much easier fit.
